ZIPOFIX 905 MASTER CRETE is a elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane. It is formulated with select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers. Upon curing, it forms a thick, seamless, durable membrane thus offering ultimate waterproofing & Heat Reflective. It is a single component water dilute-able protective coating to be applied over exterior surface of walls to prevent entry of water and moisture from the surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Allow new concrete and masonry substrate to fully cure prior application.
All surfaces must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spelled Concrete must be sound before applied. Clean the Surface with water & detergent powder.
MIXING
APPLICATION
First Fill the Crack of Surface with ZIPOIX SEAL N COAT. If surface is china mosaic or Ceramic tiles so Use First coat Of ZIPOFIX 911 DIAMOND COAT then after use ZIPOFIX 905 MASTER CRETE. Apply First Coat of ZIPOIX 905 MASTER CRETE. After Apply first coat take time to 3 to 4 hours for drying then after apply second coat. For best results three coat minimum.
USES
It can be applied on Surfaces like Asbestos, Galvanize, Aluminum, plastic, poly carbonate roofs, RCC roofs, plastic, & RCC water Tank, Which Makes it Ideal for use in warehouse, factories and Residence are for cool atmosphere. It saves the Energy up t 30 + – %. Required Metal Primer coat for on metal surface & Plastic Primer for Plastic Surface. Not recommended to use under the rain.
